For example, green rubber made of medium chrome yellow is mostly used in lide powder, and the vulcanized rubber will become white after being placed for a period of time. There are two possible reasons for frost spraying: one is that zinc sulfide in lide powder decomposes to generate hydrogen sulfide when exposed to acids in the vulcanization process, hydrogen sulfide reacts with lead chromate in medium chrome yellow to generate lead sulfide, and the surface lead sulfide is oxidized to generate white lead sulfate during storage; The other is that the lead ion in lead chromate reacts with carbonate to generate lead white.
In the formula, 5 parts of Gumarone and 5 parts of olefinic resin are added. Oil paste and reclaimed rubber (because they contain a large amount of tar with large molecular weight) are used to improve the solubility of the compounding agent in the rubber compound, and the blooming condition can be relieved.
Shilin will turn yellow, paraffin oil with low viscosity is better, paraffin oil containing naphthenic finished oil is better than pure paraffin oil. It is easy to spray with DBP or DOP only and can be eliminated with pine tar or pine tar/vaseline.
